We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / City Sales Head to build and scale our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute city-level sales strategy
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Hire, train, and mentor sales executives
- Create sales SOPs, reporting systems, and performance metrics
- Generate business from builders, contractors, developers, infrastructure companies, and RMC plants
- Build long-term customer relationships and key accounts
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Expand market presence and increase market share
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams for smooth execution
- Track competitor activities and identify growth opportunities
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and collections
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in Cement, TMT Steel, Construction Materials, RMC, Building Materials, Infrastructure Products, or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in team handling and sales leadership
- Strong network of builders, contractors, developers, and industry stakeholders preferred
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
