Job Description - Motor Sales Executive – Telesales
About the Role
iLeads is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Motor Sales Executives (Telesales) to drive sales through outbound and inbound customer interactions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and persuasion skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable motor insurance products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and policy coverage.
- Generate quotations and assist customers throughout the purchase process.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Follow company processes and compliance guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Insurance Sales, BFSI, or Customer Sales.
- Experience in Motor Insurance sales will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good listening and objection-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
