Job Responsibilities:
Compliances
Maintain / update / share Project site details with all stakeholders
Follow up / coordinate with clients / project teams / consultants and obtain / renew CLRA licenses / BOCW Registration Certificates / remit BOCW cess
Maintain trackers for JLL / vendors for BOCW Registrations / CLRA License / BOCW Cess remittances
Coordinate & monitor compliances of JLL resources deployed at his/her account sites. (Send attendance details of JLL resources to consultant on monthly basis and follow up until audit documents are received)
Follow up with vendors to submit the documents for internal, client and labour department audits/inspections
Carry out mock compliance audits
Coordinate internal audits/client audits/labour department inspections and ensure closure
Arrange / coordinate compliance training programmes for project / vendor teams at regular intervals
Analyse & prepare and send project / city / pan India compliance MIS to project leads / business leadership / corporate compliance team
Engage with vendors who needs improvement on compliance scores after every audit/inspection
Answer the compliance queries from project team / vendors
Ensure vendor compliance documents are collected and digitized for future PF and ESI inspections
Audits
Establish audit processes and ensure all project sites and vendors are under the audit scope
Coordinate with the compliance consultant / audit agency and ensure monthly vendor compliance audits are conducted
Broadcast compliance scores / status / dashboard to project teams / business leaders / corporate compliance team
Engage with vendors and ensure they take corrective actions as per the audit findings
