We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and result-oriented Executive Assistant who can support senior leadership in managing business operations, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day executive activities.
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the Managing Director and leadership team, ensuring smooth coordination of executive schedules, business communications, meetings, travel, and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate should be highly professional, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between senior management, clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MOM), and business correspondence.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up with departments and stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, board meetings, and investor discussions.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned by management.
- Manage business communications, emails, calls, and executive documentation.
- Monitor deadlines, priorities, and ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Collaborate with multiple departments including Operations, Finance, Compliance, Technology, and Business Development.
- Assist in vendor coordination, event planning, and administrative management.
- Maintain organized records, databases, and management reports.
Desired Candidate ProfileExperience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field.
- 6–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Experience in FinTech, Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, Payments, or Technology companies preferred.
Skills Required

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
