# Graphic Designer (AI & Creative Design)

## About the Role
We are looking for a creative and AI-savvy **Graphic Designer** who can create visually compelling designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media, branding, websites, and advertising. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and modern AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity, improve productivity, and deliver high-quality visuals.
## Key Responsibilities
* Design engaging creatives for social media platforms, digital advertisements, websites, landing pages, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
* Create static posts, carousel designs, banners, infographics, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
* Collaborate with social media managers, performance marketers, content writers, and video editors to execute creative campaigns.
* Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
* Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color palettes, and visual identity across all projects.
* Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
* Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, AI innovations, and creative best practices.
* Leverage AI tools to streamline the design process, generate creative concepts, and improve workflow efficiency.
* Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
## Required Skills
* 2–3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
* Strong proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva**.
* Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
* Experience designing creatives for social media, digital advertising, websites, and branding.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate ideas into visually engaging designs.
* Good communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
## AI Tools (Must Have)
Candidates should be comfortable using AI-powered creative tools such as:
* ChatGPT
* Gemini AI
* Adobe Firefly
* Midjourney
* Canva AI
## Bonus Skills
* Basic video editing using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
* Motion graphics and animation.
* UI/UX design using Figma.
* Experience creating presentation decks and pitch materials.
* Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
