- -Interact with clients via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email for smooth communication
- -Collect and document client feedback to improve engagement strategies.
- -Map & Test business workflows (login, funds transfer, order entry, modification, cancellation, margin, RMS, reports, etc.) and convert them into testable scenarios.
- -Understand basic trading concepts: order types (market, limit, SL, bracket, etc.), product segments (equity, F&O, currency, commodity), trading sessions, and settlement cycles.
- -Analyze & test trading app features like order placement, real-time quotes, portfolio tracking, and risk calculators to create comprehensive test scenarios simulating live market conditions.
- -Collaborate with QA teams to validate app performance during peak trading hours, testing latency, API integrations, and multi-device compatibility for equity, derivatives, and mutual funds.
- -Document defects in trading workflows such as buy/sell orders, margin calculations, and compliance checks, while mentoring junior testers on stock broking domain specifics.
- -Simulate real-life trading scenarios to test latency, network performance, security compliance, and third-party API integrations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
