Job Summary
The Influencer Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, managing, and growing relationships with influencers across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and regional social media platforms. The role focuses on creating impactful influencer campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, improve engagement, and strengthen brand credibility.

Key Responsibilities1. Influencer Identification & Research
- Research and identify relevant influencers aligned with the brand.
- Build a database of micro, macro, and celebrity influencers.
- Evaluate influencers based on:

- Language
- Category relevance
- Monitor emerging creators and industry trends.
2. Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management
- Reach out to influencers through email, Instagram, LinkedIn, and agencies.
- Negotiate collaboration terms.
- Build long-term relationships with creators.
- Maintain regular communication with influencers.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
3. Campaign Planning
- Develop influencer campaign ideas.
- Coordinate with branding and digital marketing teams.
- Prepare campaign briefs.
- Define:

- Content guidelines

- CTAs
- Product messaging
4. Campaign Execution
- Coordinate product dispatches.
- Track content creation.
- Ensure influencers publish content as scheduled.
- Monitor campaign performance daily.

5. Content Review
- Review influencer content before publishing.
- Ensure:

- Proper branding

Educational Qualification

- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Building Materials, Home Improvement, or Manufacturing brands will be preferred.
