Job Summary
Logical Soft Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling candidates, handling recruitment-related communication, guiding applicants about job opportunities and internship/training programs, and maintaining strong candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel and guide candidates regarding job openings, internships, and training programs
- Handle candidate inquiries through calls, emails, and messages
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on requirements
- Coordinate interviews and schedule candidate follow-ups
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
- Provide accurate information about company services and opportunities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates
- Support HR and recruitment activities as required
- Follow up with candidates and ensure proper communication throughout the hiring process
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes preferred
- Strong convincing and counseling abilities
- Ability to handle telephonic and online communication professionally
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
