Job Summary:
The Sales Administrator (SaaS/HaaS) provides operational and administrative support to the sales team across the end-to-end sales lifecycle. This role assists in managing reporting requirements, streamlining order processing, and facilitating contract booking activities to ensure efficient and timely sales execution.
The role also contributes to building and maintaining a structured business support service center, enabling improved sales productivity, enhanced customer experience, and operational efficiency within a SaaS/HaaS environment.
What will you do?

Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity management to order closure.

Assist in creating and maintaining sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking metrics.

Coordinate and expedite order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Facilitate contract booking activities, including documentation and compliance checks.

Maintain and manage sales data within CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure seamless workflow.

Contribute to the development and optimization of sales support processes and service center operations.

Monitor and track order status, proactively addressing delays or issues.

Support audits and reporting requirements related to sales transactions.

Provide administrative support for sales initiatives, programs, and customer engagements.
What we look for?

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience.

Experience in sales operations, order management, or business support roles.

Familiarity with SaaS/HaaS business models and subscription-based sales processes is preferred.

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and reporting tools is an advantage.
