Job Title: OT Nurse / Operation Theatre Nurse
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled OT Nurse to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures and ensuring smooth functioning of the Operation Theatre while maintaining patient safety and sterilization protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and OT team during surgeries
- Prepare OT before procedures and ensure availability of instruments/equipment
- Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
- Monitor patient care before, during, and after surgeries
- Maintain OT records and documentation
- Coordinate effectively with doctors and nursing staff
Requirements:
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification
- Valid nursing registration
- Knowledge of OT protocols and surgical assistance
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience: 1–3 years OT experience preferred
Industry: Hospital / Healthcare / Multi-Speciality Hospital
