Position Summary
The Floor Manager cum Counsellor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic floor while providing professional consultation and counselling to patients regarding treatments and services. This role requires excellent communication, customer service, sales, and organisational skills to ensure smooth clinic operations and an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily floor operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Welcome and assist patients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Conduct patient counselling sessions by explaining treatment plans, procedures, benefits, and pricing.
- Convert consultations into treatment bookings by addressing patient concerns and recommending suitable treatment packages.
- Coordinate appointments with doctors, therapists, and other staff members.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and promptly resolve service-related concerns.
- Supervise front office and support staff to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and follow-up schedules.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing patients to maximise treatment conversions and retention.
- Achieve monthly counselling, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for promotional campaigns and patient engagement activities.
- Ensure the clinic maintains high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational and sales reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in clinic management, patient counselling, healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in dermatology, cosmetic, aesthetic, or wellness clinics will be an added advantage.

Working Hours & Schedule
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational weekly off
