Role Overview
We don’t need a passive email sender; we need a hunter. As our International Business Development Manager, you will completely own the international sales lifecycle—from scraping the first lead and building partner networks to pitching leadership and closing the deal. If you are an expert networker who knows how to navigate B2B platforms and command the attention of overseas decision-makers, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Pipeline Ownership: Independently drive the entire sales funnel: lead generation, cold outreach, discovery, nurturing, and final closure.
- Omnichannel Outreach: Leverage LinkedIn, Clutch, email campaigns, and global B2B databases to target manufacturing/trading enterprises and ERP consultants.
- Partner & Channel Development: Recruit and onboard international commission-based consultants and agency partners to scale our global footprint.
- Deal Closure: Lead high-level discovery calls, draft compelling custom proposals, align with internal leadership, and negotiate contracts to close.
- Brand Positioning: Manage and optimize the company’s international profile on platforms like Clutch to boost inbound credibility.
Key Requirements
- Proven Track Record: 3–5+ years of hard experience in international business development specifically for IT services, ERP, or SaaS.
- Master Networker: Expert-level skills in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, automated email sequences, and B2B databases. You must know how to bypass gatekeepers.
- Flawless Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English, with the cultural nuance required to converse with C-level executives in the US, Europe, or Middle East.
- The "Closure" Mindset: Prior experience not just generating leads, but actively moving them through proposal stages to signed contracts.
- Tools: Proficient in CRM management, pipeline tracking, and sales automation tools.
