Role Summary: Lead interior projects from concept to final site delivery, creating functional, spaces that match client requirements, budget, and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop design concepts, space plans, mood boards, and detailed 3D renders.
Specify materials, furniture, custom millwork, lighting, and finishes.
Create detailed drawings/construction documents and conduct site visits to oversee execution.
Present directly to clients and manage vendors, craftsmen, and contractors.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years in residential or commercial interior design.
Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray (or equivalent rendering tools), and Microsoft Office.
Skills: Strong spatial planning, technical drafting, material knowledge, and client presentation skills.
