Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Deliver a premium customer experience through consultative selling.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mattress and sleep solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Manage walk-in customers, inquiries, leads, and follow-ups.
- Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising standards, and overall store operations.
- Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners.
- Track market share growth opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor products, promotions, pricing, and sales activities.
- Analyze competitor product offerings and pricing strategies to strengthen sales effectiveness.
- Track competitor price variations and provide regular market feedback.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in retail sales, premium showroom sales, furniture, interiors, home furnishing, consumer durables, lifestyle products, or mattress sales.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Knowledge of interiors, furniture, home décor, and premium retail products preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage showroom operations.
- Strong market awareness and competitor analysis skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
