Key Responsibilities
- Overall management and administration of Bhagini Mandir.
- Supervision, care, and rehabilitation support for mentally disabled girls/women.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, discipline, and well-being of residents.
- Coordinate with government departments, social welfare offices, hospitals, NGOs, and legal authorities.
- Maintain all records, documentation, licenses, and compliance requirements.
- Handle staff management including duty allocation, supervision, attendance, and performance monitoring.
- Provide leadership and guidance to caregivers, counselors, and support staff.
- Organize rehabilitation, educational, recreational, and health-related activities for residents.
- Handle emergencies, crisis situations, and family counseling when required.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the institution.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Masters in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Special Education, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with mentally disabled girls/women or special care institutions.
- Experience in dealing with government offices and welfare departments.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and responsible personality.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with care and professionalism.
- Knowledge of institutional administration and documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in NGO or rehabilitation center management.
- Understanding of mental disability care and rehabilitation practices.
- Ability to conduct staff training and motivation.
- Basic computer and reporting knowledge.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
