Job Title: Project Manager – Solar EPC (Utility Scale Projects)
Location: Gail Pata Site
Salary: ₹85,000 – ₹95,000 In-hand per month (₹12–13 LPA CTC)
Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Manage complete Solar EPC project execution.
- Plan project schedules and monitor milestones.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams.
- Handle project budgets and cost control.
- Ensure quality, safety, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with DISCOMs, government authorities, and clients.
- Manage civil, electrical, and mechanical site teams.
- Monitor site progress and resolve execution issues.
- Prepare MIS reports and project updates.
- Support commissioning, grid connectivity, and project handover.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience.
- At least 6 years in Solar/Renewable Energy EPC Projects.
- Experience in utility-scale solar projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil works, MMS structures, cabling, inverter installation, and commissioning.
- Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Knowledge of vendor management, contracts, budgeting, and QHSE standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
