Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef – Multi Cuisine to lead kitchen operations and manage food preparation across various cuisines. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of food production, menu planning, kitchen hygiene, cost control, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete kitchen operations and food production.
- Prepare and supervise Indian, Chinese, Continental, Tandoor, and other multi-cuisine dishes.
- Develop innovative menus and seasonal specials.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and portion standards.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are followed.
- Monitor inventory, food costing, and wastage control.
- Train and guide kitchen staff and junior chefs.
- Coordinate with purchase and management teams for stock requirements.
- Handle customer feedback regarding food quality.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food during peak hours.
- Maintain discipline and smooth workflow in the kitchen.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
