Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Tester with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in manual or automation testing. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of software development life cycles, and proficiency in defect tracking tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the development cycle
- Participate in requirement analysis and review
- Ensure test coverage and maintain test documentation
- Report bugs clearly and follow through on resolutions
- Communicate effectively within the team and with external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in software testing
- Proficient in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Mantis)
- Good understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
