Job Summary:
The Order Processing & Packing Associate is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, picking products, packing items securely, and ensuring timely dispatch. The role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review customer orders from the system.
- Pick items from inventory as per order details.
- Verify product quality, quantity, and specifications before packing.
- Pack items safely using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
- Label packages correctly with shipping details.
- Coordinate with the dispatch/shipping team for timely delivery.
- Maintain records of processed and dispatched orders.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor.
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of warehouse or inventory processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good physical stamina (lifting, standing for long hours).
- Basic computer knowledge (for order systems).
- Teamwork and communication skills.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum: High School / 10th or 12th pass
- Preferred: Diploma or relevant experience in logistics/warehouse
Experience:
- Freshers can apply
- 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, packing, or order processing preferred
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced warehouse or storage environment
- May require shifts, including weekends
- Standing for extended periods
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
