Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking activities
- Prepare ingredients including cutting, chopping, and marination
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and kitchen supervisors
- Ensure proper storage of food items as per safety standards
- Support kitchen operations during service hours
- Maintain quality and presentation of dishes
- Adhere to company food safety and hygiene policies
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of cooking and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in culinary field
- Relevant hotel management/cooking qualification preferred
