Position: Part-Time Teacher
Timing: 3:45 PM – 7:30 PM
Location: Talento Academy Center
Training: Comprehensive training will be provided by the organization.
Job Purpose
To deliver high-quality learning experiences to students enrolled in Talento Academy programs such as Abacus, Phonics, Vedic Maths, Spoken English, Handwriting Improvement, and other skill-development courses while ensuring student engagement, academic progress, and parent satisfaction.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)1. Classroom Management & Teaching Delivery
- Conduct classes as per Talento Academy's curriculum and lesson plans.
- Ensure effective classroom discipline and positive learning environment.
- Deliver engaging and interactive sessions.
- Maintain punctuality and professional conduct during all classes.
- Use innovative teaching techniques to improve student participation.
Success Indicator:
- 95%+ classes conducted as scheduled.
- Positive student engagement and participation.
2. Student Learning & Performance
- Monitor student progress regularly.
- Identify slow learners and provide additional support.
- Ensure completion of worksheets, assignments, and practice activities.
- Conduct periodic assessments and evaluations.
Success Indicator:
- Consistent improvement in student performance.
- Timely completion of assessments and progress reports.
3. Parent Communication
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Share feedback on attendance, performance, and behavior.
- Attend parent meetings whenever required.
Success Indicator:
- High parent satisfaction.
- Prompt resolution of parent concerns.
4. Attendance & Record Maintenance
- Maintain accurate student attendance records.
- Update progress reports and assessment records.
- Submit required reports to the Center Head on time.
Success Indicator:
- 100% accurate attendance and student records.
5. Curriculum Implementation
- Follow Talento Academy's teaching methodology.
- Complete assigned syllabus within timelines.
- Participate in training sessions and implement learning outcomes.
Success Indicator:
- Syllabus completion as per academic calendar.
- Effective implementation of training inputs.
6. Student Retention & Engagement
- Build strong rapport with students.
- Encourage regular attendance.
- Create a motivating learning atmosphere.
Success Indicator:
- High student retention rate.
- Improved student attendance.
7. Academy Promotion Support
- Support center activities, workshops, demo classes, and events.
- Participate in student enrollment drives when required.
- Encourage referrals through positive parent interactions.
Success Indicator:
- Active participation in academy events and admissions support.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
- Passion for teaching and child development
