About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive to join an emerging startup project.
The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting restaurants, cafés and other potential business venues in assigned areas, interacting with owners or managers, collecting venue information and onboarding interested businesses to a digital platform.
This is a field-based role involving regular market visits and direct interaction with business owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit restaurants, cafés, hotels, coworking spaces and other potential venues in assigned areas.
- Identify and approach potential business partners.
- Meet and interact with venue owners, managers and decision-makers.
- Explain the benefits of joining the platform.
- Collect venue details, pricing, photographs and other required information.
- Onboard interested venues and assist with the listing process.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential venue partners.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly venue onboarding targets.
- Maintain records of field visits, meetings, follow-ups and successful listings.
- Submit regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
Primary KPI
The primary performance indicator for this role will be the number of successful venue listings and partner onboardings completed.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in Field Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales or Merchant/Partner Onboarding will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable meeting new people and interacting with business owners.
- Comfortable with field work and travelling within assigned areas.
- Must have an Android smartphone.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to take initiative.
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month.
- Total earning potential: ₹18,000–₹20,000+ per month, depending on performance.
- Additional performance-based growth opportunities may be available.

Saket, New Delhi + Field Visits in Assigned Areas
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
