Core Responsibilities Specially For Mattress & Furniture.
· Formula Development: Design new glue formulas that dry fast, hold strong, and are safe to use.
· Material Testing: Test how well adhesives stick to polyurethane foam, memory foam, latex, wood, and plastics.
· Safety & Compliance: Ensure glues meet health, fire, and environmental safety rules (such as low volatile organic compounds, or VOCs).
· Process Optimization: Improve how the glue is applied in factories, whether by spraying, rolling, or automated machines.
· Problem Solving: Fix bonding failures, peeling, or odor issues reported by production lines or customers.
· Cost Reduction: Find cheaper raw materials without losing product quality or strength.
Key Roles
· R&D Chemist / Scientist: Researches new chemical raw materials and invents next-generation eco-friendly or water-based formulas.
· Application Engineer: Tests the glue on actual furniture and mattress assembly lines to ensure it works in real-world factory conditions.
· Quality Control Specialist: Inspects batches of glue for proper viscosity, tackiness, and shelf-life stability.
· Technical Support Specialist: Helps manufacturing clients choose the right adhesive and troubleshoots machinery or drying issues on-site.
