Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on generated leads.
- Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of HFN Biogas products.
- Qualify customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings or site visits for the field sales team.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM on a regular basis.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth order processing.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead generation, and sales conversion targets.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate product information.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer sales.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/Excel.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and customer relationship skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in agriculture, renewable energy, home appliances, or consumer products will be preferred.
