Specialist Assistant Manager, Communications
CoRe Knowledge Services (KS), part of Deloitte’s global shared services organization, serves Deloitte’s member firms worldwide.
Member Firm Communications Coordinator will serve as a key bridge between the Member Firm Engagement (MFE) team and the Practitioner Engagement (PE) team, helping translate centrally driven knowledge platform campaigns into localized, Member Firm-specific execution. PE team drives awareness of the knowledge platform and services to cultivate knowledge sharing culture within the organization that empowers professionals to make use of Deloitte’s collective experience in serving their clients. MFE team strives to establish Knowledge Services across the CoRe and Non-CoRe Member Firms and demonstrate the value of Deloitte’s proprietary knowledge platform, Knowledge Exchange (KX), and related offerings.

The role will help drive awareness and adoption of Deloitte’s knowledge platform, Knowledge Exchange (KX), and related knowledge services by ensuring campaigns are tailored to local market, language, channel, and audience needs while remaining aligned to global strategy and standards. This role has no people-management responsibilities.
