Back Office Executive cum Telecaller

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive cum Telecaller to support sales operations and customer communication. The role involves handling both backend coordination and telecalling activities to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls for lead generation, follow-ups, and customer engagement
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Explain products and services to customers and generate sales leads
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems regularly
- Process customer orders and ensure timely follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and dispatch documentation
- Maintain and update sales records and customer databases
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, and marketing teams
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Ensure smooth day-to-day back-office operations
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years in Back Office, Telecalling, or Sales Support roles
Language Proficiency:
- Gujarati (Fluent), Hindi (Fluent), English (Preferred)
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of email handling and CRM systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
