Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Head with experience in Education Sales to lead business development activities, generate new leads, build relationships with educational institutions, and drive revenue growth for the company. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Generate new business opportunities from schools, colleges, universities, and training institutions. Promote STEMCORP's Robotics Labs, AI Labs, IoT Labs, STEM Labs, Training Programs, and Educational Kits. Conduct meetings and product demonstrations with school principals, management, and decision-makers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities. Maintain customer satisfaction and long-term engagement. Market Expansion Identify new schools and institutions for partnerships. Develop strategies to expand STEMCORP's presence across Assam and Northeast India. Gather market intelligence and competitor information. Reporting Maintain sales records and CRM data. Submit weekly and monthly sales reports. Track lead conversion and revenue performance. Required Qualifications Education Graduate in any discipline. MBA/Marketing qualification will be an added advantage. Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in Education Sales, EdTech Sales, School Sales, Training Sales, or Institutional Sales. Experience working with schools, colleges, universities, or educational organizations preferred. Skills Required Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively.
