Key Responsibilities
- Assist in patient consultations, case-taking, and clinical evaluations.
- Conduct follow-up consultations and monitor patient recovery and progress.
- Maintain accurate patient records, case histories, and treatment documentation.
- Assist in treatment planning and implementation as per clinic protocols.
- Educate patients about prescribed medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Ensure all patient information is updated accurately and maintained confidentially.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure efficient daily clinic operations.
- Deliver a professional, caring, and patient-focused experience at every interaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) degree.
- Valid registration/license to practice Homeopathy.
- Strong understanding of homeopathic principles, remedies, and case management.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Professional, empathetic, and ethical approach toward patient care.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a clinical environment.
