Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in construction/interior projects.
- Good knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, and material understanding (for QS).
- Creative design sense and software skills like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max (for Interior Designer).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
