Job Title: Spoken Trainer
Job Description:
We are looking for an Spoken Trainer to help students for the designing & delivering engaging lessons to boost fluency, confidence, & communication skills, requiring strong English, empathy, & adaptability to tailor methods for diverse learners, assessing progress, & fostering positive environments using interactive techniques, materials, & technology. You will guide students on exam techniques, give feedback, and help them improve their scores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sessions (group/individual) for various proficiency levels, covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational flow..
- Create and implement effective lesson plans and training materials tailored to student goals.
- Regularly assess student proficiency and provide constructive, actionable feedback to improve skills.
- Track student progress and help them achieve specific targets, like exam preparation if needed.
Requirements:
- Strong English skills.
- Experience teaching English .
- Good communication and teaching skills.
- Patience and ability to explain clearly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
