Sales ExecutiveJob Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members and other departments
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client interactions
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
