Job Summary:
The F&B Production Helper assists the kitchen team in daily food preparation and kitchen operations. The role involves supporting chefs in basic food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking activities.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain hygiene in work areas.
- Assist senior kitchen staff in daily operational tasks.
- Ensure kitchen is clean, organized, and ready for service.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations.
- 0–2 years of experience in hotel, restaurant, or catering industry preferred.
- Physically fit and able to work in shifts.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 10th/12th pass preferred.
- Any basic hotel management training is an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
