Position: Plumbing and Firefighting Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare detailed shop drawings for plumbing and firefighting systems as per project specifications and design inputs.
· Coordinate with design engineers to interpret layouts and ensure technical accuracy in drawings.
· Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and revisions as needed.
· Ensure compliance with local codes, project standards, and industry best practices.
· Participate in site visits when required to verify coordination and installation.
· Maintain drawing registers and documentation as per company standards.
Technical Skills Required:
· Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting)
· Basic knowledge of Revit MEP (preferred)
· Understanding of piping layouts, schematic diagrams, and coordination drawings
· Familiarity with CP, STP, WTP, and firefighting systems like hydrants, sprinklers, and pump room layouts
Soft Skills:
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
