We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Voice Process. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing support over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries related to postpaid & prepaid services
- Provide accurate product/service information
- Maintain good communication and customer satisfaction
- Follow company process and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Arrears also acceptable
- Good communication skills required
Language Requirements:
Hindi + Tamil + English - Salary ₹20,000
Malayalam + Good English – Salary ₹18,000
Telugu + Good English – Salary ₹15,000
Tamil + Good English – Salary ₹13,500
Telugu + Average English – Salary ₹14,000
Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam - Salary ₹14,000 to 17,000
