The Role
We are looking for a highly organized, tech-forward HR & Talent Acquisition Intern to help us build a world-class team. You won't just be pushing paper; you will be the gatekeeper to our company culture. You will help us source top-tier talent, streamline our hiring pipelines using modern tools, and ensure every new hire experiences a premium onboarding process.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Talent Sourcing: Write compelling job descriptions and source candidates for key roles (Digital Marketing, Sales, and Tech) across platforms like LinkedIn and Internshala.
- Modern Screening: Conduct initial applicant screening and scheduling, utilizing modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or AI-assisted tools to filter for high-quality talent.
- The Onboarding Experience: Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding workflow, ensuring new hires experience a seamless, professional, and welcoming introduction to the SkillSync ecosystem.
- Culture & Operations: Assist in tracking team performance metrics, managing internal documentation, and brainstorming initiatives to keep our remote/hybrid team highly engaged.
Who You Are
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business, or Management.
- The "Premium" Mindset: You understand the importance of employer branding and know how to communicate professionally and persuasively.
- Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: You are comfortable with Google Workspace, LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar tools), and are eager to leverage AI to make your HR workflows faster and smarter.
- Detail-Obsessed: You don't let emails slip through the cracks, and you handle candidate data with complete confidentiality.
