Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Junior Architect to join our team in Aligarh. The candidate will support senior architects in architectural design, preparation of technical drawings, documentation, site coordination, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, and sections.
- Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop basic 3D models and presentations using SketchUp/Revit or similar software.
- Prepare construction drawings, detailing, and drawing sets as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, and site execution teams.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections whenever required.
- Monitor architectural work at site as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify site-related design issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Assist in preparation of BOQs, material specifications, and quantity estimates.
- Coordinate with relevant government authorities/agencies for drawing approvals, submission requirements, clarifications, and necessary corrections or revisions.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Incorporate design changes and feedback from senior architects and project teams.
- Ensure drawings and project work follow applicable building standards, codes, and project specifications.
- Support senior architects in project planning, presentations, and client coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Arch./Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant technical qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design, construction, or project execution.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and construction detailing.
- Good understanding of building materials and construction methods.
Technical Skills
- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- SketchUp – Preferred
- Revit – Preferred
- Knowledge of Lumion/3D visualization software will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
