Job Description:
Manipal Hospitals is seeking an OHC Nurse for our Foxconn facility. The OHC Nurse will be responsible for managing the overall health and wellness of employees within the organization. This role involves conducting health assessments, providing medical care, and promoting health education programs. The OHC Nurse will work closely with the healthcare team to develop interventions and ensure compliance with occupational health regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular health assessments and screenings for employees.
- Monitor and document employee health records and manage medical supplies.
- Administer first aid and emergency care as needed.
- Provide health education and guidance on workplace safety and wellness topics.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Assist in developing and implementing occupational health policies.
- Respond to health inquiries and provide support for chronic health issues.
Skills Required:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure is required.
- Strong understanding of occupational health principles and practices.
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.

- Proficient in electronic health record management.
Tools Required:
