Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Freshers to join our Customer Support team. The role involves assisting customers by handling their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through voice or chat
Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
Eligibility:
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
Good communication in English+Tamil or English+Hindi or English+Malayalam or English+Kannada
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Immediate joiners perferred
Age criteria up to 32
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
