A New Car Sales Executive drives dealership revenue by guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, demonstrating car features, arranging test drives, negotiating pricing, and finalizing financial paperwork. Success requires excellent interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and post-sales customer relationship management
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively source leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to build a robust client pipeline.
- Consultative Selling: Greet showroom visitors, assess their lifestyle and budget requirements, and match them with suitable car models.
- Vehicle Demonstrations: Explain car capabilities, technological features, and warranties, while accompanying customers on test drives.
- Negotiation & Closing: Overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales contracts and purchasing agreements.
- Finance & Administration: Coordinate with the dealership's finance department to process loans, insurance, and vehicle registration.
- Customer Retention: Maintain a CRM database, ensure vehicles are detailed and ready for delivery, and follow up post-purchase to encourage repeat
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
