Core Role Information
Designation: Technical Lead (Assistant Manager) – C++ Development
Department: Technology
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Performance C++ Engineering & Delivery
Develop, refactor, and maintain systems-level code using Modern C++ (C++17/20).
Work on market data normalization, pre-trade risk checks, and execution routers.
Apply low-latency techniques such as object pools, ring buffers, and placement new.
Develop ultra-fast IPC using Linux shared memory (shmget/mmap) and lock-free queues.
Implement deterministic multithreading using atomic operations and CPU thread affinity.
Use template metaprogramming / HTL concepts for zero-overhead runtime execution.
2. Data Engineering & Trading Systems Logic
Apply advanced Data Structures & Algorithms such as lock-free arrays, skip lists, and binary trees.
Optimize MySQL tables, schemas, and queries.
