Hiring: Java Full Stack Trainer
We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Trainer who is passionate about teaching and mentoring students for industry-ready careers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver practical, hands-on training in Java Full Stack Development.
- Teach Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React (or Angular), SQL/MySQL, and Git.
- Guide students through real-world projects and coding assignments.
- Conduct coding exercises, debugging sessions, and mock interviews.
- Prepare students for technical interviews, aptitude tests, and HR interviews.
- Help students build resumes, GitHub portfolios, and deployment-ready projects.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and React or Angular.
- Good understanding of SQL/MySQL and database design.
- Knowledge of Git, Maven, and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development and/or training.
- Experience mentoring students for placements.
- Industry project experience is an added advantage.
