Job Summary
MT Engineering Services is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Solar Technician with at least Fresher in rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV installations. The candidate should have practical knowledge of solar system installation, electrical work, and site safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and mount solar PV modules on rooftop and ground-mounted structures.
- Perform DC cable laying, termination, and connector crimping.
- Assist in inverter, ACDB, DCDB, and earthing installation.
- Carry out string checking and continuity testing.
- Read and follow installation drawings and site instructions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain safety standards at the worksite.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Project Manager.
- Report daily work progress and material requirements.
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance when required.
Requirements
- Minimum Fresher in solar PV installation.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrician, Wireman, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and solar components.
- Ability to use hand tools and electrical testing instruments.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
- Physically fit to work at heights and outdoor locations.

Salary
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
