Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Executive (Secondary Sales) to drive dealer and distributor sales, expand market presence, and manage territory operations across Nagpur.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow secondary sales through dealers and distributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the existing dealer network
- Drive market development and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly/quarterly secondary sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
Requirements
- 2–8 years of experience in secondary/channel/dealer sales, preferably in the Lighting, LED, or Electrical industry
- Existing dealer/distributor relationships in Nagpur preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Willingness to travel across Nagpur territory
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
