- Provide one-on-one and group career counselling sessions for students to help them identify their strengths, interests, and career aspirations.
- Guide students on subject selection, career pathways, college admissions, and higher education opportunities in India and abroad.
- Conduct career assessments, aptitude tests, and interpret results to assist students in making informed decisions.
- Organize career guidance workshops, university fairs, guest lectures, and industry interaction sessions.
- Stay updated on admission processes, scholarships, entrance examinations, and emerging career trends.
- Support students with college applications, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), resumes, and interview preparation.
- Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and parents to develop personalized career plans for students.
- Maintain accurate counselling records and prepare reports on student progress and career guidance initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and industry partners.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
