About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Area Sales Manager to drive product adoption across clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation centres. This is a field-based role that involves engaging with healthcare providers, conducting product demonstrations, generating leads, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers to promote Rymo's products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for doctors, physiotherapists, and key decision-makers.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Gather and share market feedback to improve products and sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare or Science background is an advantage).
- 3–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications and CRM software.
