As a Junior Full stack developer at our IT company, you will play a crucial role in transforming ideas into tangible solutions that make a significant impact. Our software is continuously evolving, and the position requires a robust background in business and project/product management, along with exceptional communication skills and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences. C# (*_C-Sharp_*) knowledge is Mandatory.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate with a passion for coding and a strong aptitude for bridging technical gaps in Desktop application. A solid understanding of the finance sector is essential, as is the ability to demonstrate top-tier communication and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development Life Cycle Management: Oversee the patch of software development life cycle, from conceptual design through to implementation and maintenance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions, identifying and resolving bugs and issues collaboratively.
- Code Development: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using .NET programming languages, with proficiency in C#, C++, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Testing and Deployment: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, test applications, and deploy systems both locally and on cloud servers.
- Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting.
- Documentation Management: Develop and maintain documentation related to code development, version updates, and error testing throughout the process, ensuring organized file management.
- Database Management: Demonstrated experience with database storage and structures.
- Project Management Software: Familiarity with project management tools to ensure timely updates on tasks.
- Proficiency in software testing, merging, and working with live code.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a back-end developer.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (MSc in IT preferred).
3. Tech stack familiarity: .NET, JavaScript, C#, C++, JSON, HTML, CSS, Git, Visual Studio.
4. Hands-on experience with SQL-driven databases such as MySQL, SQLite, or MongoDB.
5. Experience with cloud server deployments and architectures, specifically AWS or Azure.
6. Familiarity with API authentication (OAuth), rate limiting, documentation, and API fundamentals.
7. Experience in a SaaS or software company, with knowledge of project and product management.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
