Bodyshop Advisor 1
The Bodyshop Advisor is responsible for handling customer vehicle repair requirements, coordinating with the bodyshop team, and ensuring a smooth repair process from vehicle inspection to final delivery. The role requires excellent customer service skills, accurate damage assessment, and effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Interact with customers and understand vehicle repair requirements
Inspect vehicles and prepare repair estimates based on visible damages
Explain repair procedures, timelines, and costs to customers
Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing and approvals
Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed about vehicle status
Prepare job cards and maintain accurate service records
Ensure timely completion and delivery of repaired vehicles
Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Coordinate with technicians, painters, and insurance executives for efficient workflow
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow dealership policies, safety standards, and bodyshop procedures
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
Experience in automobile bodyshop operations is preferred
Good knowledge of vehicle body repair and insurance claim processes
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Ability to prepare estimates and maintain documentation
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of bodyshop operations, repair processes, and insurance procedures.

Qualifications:Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2–4 years of experience in bodyshop/insurance-related roles (automobile industry preferred).
