About the Role
We are seeking a professional and result-oriented HR Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and successful closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct regular candidate follow-ups and ensure smooth joining.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment/HR.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and candidate screening processes.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/job portal platforms.
- Strong follow-up skills with a target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
