We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves day-to-day tasks related to developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships etc.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
- Follow up on leads, inquiries to convert prospects into customers and close deals
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of client communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Good communication skill
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in sales and business development (Minimum 3Year)
