Job Role: Conti-Commi-II
Location: Pondicherry
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic dishes as per the menu and customer preferences.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and stored properly.
- Assist the CDP or Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Follow standard recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain portion control and minimize food wastage.
- Handle kitchen equipment and tools with care.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality food service.
- Monitor kitchen inventory and report shortages.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
